1 1/2 lb. ground round
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Mix well with clean hands. Form into loaf. Place in casserole sprayed with no-stick spray. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Spread with glaze. Bake 15 minutes more.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

Mix together.
