1 gallon vinegar
10 cents of saccarin
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tsp. alum

Fill cans with medium cucumber. Bring ingredients above to a boil and add this to the cucumbers. Seal while hot.
