POINSETTE 
6 to 8 pork loin chops, diced
1/2 onion, chopped, diced or shredded
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. box spaghetti

Prepare in boiling water with a dash of oil, spaghetti. while the spaghetti is boiling, begin preparations for meat sauce.

Using 1 teaspoon butter, brown diced loin chops and cook until pork is done, but do not overcook. Add onions, celery, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

By this time spaghetti should be done. Drain it well and put the spaghetti in the skillet with the pork mixture. Mix well. Serve hot.
