CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 stick pie crust mix (or 1/2 pkg.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Cheese Topping (see below)
1/2 c. chili sauce

Prepare pastry for 9" pie crust, use directions on package. In medium skillet, cook and stir meat until brown. Drain. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, the onion and green pepper. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Spread cheese topping over filling. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve remaining tomato sauce and chili over top.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
