SIMPLE CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 (9") graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, marshmallow and flour until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time until well mixed. Pour into crust and bake until edges start to brown, about 45 minutes. Turn off heat. Let cool in oven (door opened slightly) for 1 hour. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Top with your favorite topping.
