SIMPLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKES 
24 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Canned cherry pie filling, chilled

Line 24 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer on bottom of each lined cup. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add the sugar, cocoa and flour, blending well. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Fill each prepared cup almost full with cheese mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven. Cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.

Garnish each one with a dollop of cherry pie filling just before serving.
