1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
2/3 c. melted butter
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. Karo
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. peanut butter chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted peanuts

Combine cake mix, egg and butter. Press into 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over and bake 7 minutes more.

Combine Karo, 1/4 cup butter, chips, and vanilla. Heat until melted. Spread over cooked layers. Sprinkle and press peanuts on top. Cool and cut into squares.
