COCONUT CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. chopped coconut
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
Whipped cream

Mix together flour, sugar, butter and coconut. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally. Cook pudding mix according to directions. Cool pudding and crunch. Place layer of crunch in 9 inch pan, then pudding, then whipped cream and top with layer of crunch.
