FLORENCEY'S APPLE SALAD 
6 apples, diced
1 c. pineapple, diced and drained (save juice)
1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut up

DRESSING:

1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. light cream
Pineapple juice

Place apples, pineapples, and marshmallows in salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in blender. Place in saucepan and let come to a boil.

Cool dressing before pouring over salad and serving.
