1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine egg white and water. Add nuts. Mix well. In bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts. Put on cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.
