SWEDISH MEATBALLS II 
5 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix ingredients together and form into small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in flour and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F. for about 25 minutes to brown. Remove from pan and allow to drain. Use drippings from pan to make gravy, using stock to make a medium-thick gravy. Reheat meatballs in gravy at serving time.
