RETT'S LIGHT CHICKEN 
Skinless white chicken
Dry mustard
Pepper
Garlic powder
Provolone cheese
1 c. white wine

In baking dish, cover bottom with water. Add wine. Sprinkle on skinless chicken, garlic, pepper, and dry mustard. Bake at 350 degrees. When chicken is done, put cheese on chicken. Cook until melted. Serve with rice.
