NUT DESSERT 
1 1/2 env. plain Knox gelatin
3 1/2 oz. pecans or almonds
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and stir. Place in microwave about 30-45 seconds until boiling. Place everything in blender. Place in mold and refrigerate. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
