EASY SLAW 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/8 green pepper, cut into strips
1/8 c. vinegar
1/8 c. salad oil
1/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Combine vegetables. Mix vinegar, oil and sugar; pour over vegetables. Mix well. Add mayonnaise. Refrigerate 3 hours or longer.
