STUFF 
1-2 lbs. ground beef
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup

In an electric skillet, place 1-2 pounds of raw ground beef by patting it along the bottom. Add one layer of thinly sliced potatoes, one layer of sliced carrots and one layer of sliced onions. Top this with a layer of shredded cabbage. Add one can of soup (do not add water or milk). Do not stir.

Cook on very low heat (200 degrees or less) for about 45 minutes. This may be started with a higher temperature. When it bubbles, be sure to turn the temperature down or hamburger will burn. Serve.
