SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) yams 1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. sweet milk 2 eggs 1 stick butter (melted) TOPPING: 1/2 pkg. frozen coconut 1 c. chopped nuts 1 stick melted butter Place above ingredients in electric mixer 2 minutes. Place in oblong casserole dish, 7 1/2 x 12 1/2. Mix topping ingredients together and pat on top of yam mixture. Bake. |
