FRUIT CAKE 
5 eggs
1/2 lb. butter (no substitutes)
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. lemon extract
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat eggs. Add to butter and sugar. Mix well. Mix all fruits and nuts together using about 1/2 cup of flour. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300 degrees until done.

NOTE: You may add 1 cup or more coconut to nuts and fruits.
