1 (2.1 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 2 c. cold water 1 c. prepared whipped cream 8 (5 oz.) paper cups 8 popsicle sticks Prepare pudding mix using water. Pour mixture into large metal bowl. Cover; freeze until ice crystals form around edges of bowl, about 1 hour. Beat partially frozen mixture until smooth. Fold in prepared whipped topping. Spoon mixture into paper cups, about 3/4 full. Insert stick. Freeze until firm. Peel off paper cups to serve. |
