STIR-FRY ITALIAN 
Basic stir fry vegetables
1 can tomato puree
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
Spices to your taste

SPICES: Pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme, dill.

Same steps as Basic Stir Fry, except delete cornstarch and water. Cook vegetables until tender. Add tomato puree, honey, soy sauce, and seasonings, Romano cheese. Mix well with vegetables in wok. Heat until sauce is bubbly. Serve over rice or prepared pasta. You can add cook chicken, turkey, seafood, if you prefer meat.
