CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sm. green grapes
1 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise

In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, nuts, onion and salt. Mix whipped cream with mayonnaise. Fold into chicken mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve on salad greens. Garnish with stuffed or ripe olives, sweet pickles, strips of chicken as desired.
