BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and egg. Add butter and then bananas. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Put in 2 x 4 x 3 inch bread tins or in 2 coffee cans, filled just 3/4 full. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
