FRUIT 'N CHEDDAR TOSS | |
2 med. pears, cored and sliced 2 sm. carrots, diagonally, sliced thin 1 c. seedless red grapes, each cut in half 1/2 c. chopped pecans 4 oz. lowfat sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2 c. lowfat lemon yogurt In large serving bowl, combine pears, carrots, red grapes, pecans and cheese. Pour yogurt over salad; toss well to coat. Makes 6 servings. |
