FROSTING FOR COCONUT CAKE | |
2 egg whites (beaten) 1 c. Karo 2 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Cook all ingredients (except eggs). Boil 1 minute. Pour over egg whites. Beat until spreadable. NOTE: You may top each layer with coconut (or) cover entire cake with coconut. |
