EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 onion, chopped
soy sauce to taste
2 tbsp. peanut butter
egg roll wrappers

Brown the turkey, cabbage, and onions. Add enough soy sauce that the meat mixture will not burn. When fully cooked, add peanut butter. Wrap about 1 Tbsp. of meat mixture in egg roll wrap according to package instructions. Deep fry at 370°F until lightly browned.
