GREEN BEAN SALAD | |
SAUCE: 6 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 tbsp. saki 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 lb. green beans, fresh Roast and then grind up the sesame seeds. Remove strings from fresh green beans and cook in boiling salted water. Cool. Slice diagonally and place in a serving dish. Combine saki, soy sauce and sugar. Pour over the beans and mix well. |
