GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can chopped green chili
1 onion
1 lg. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Saute beef and onion. Make a sauce of soups, milk and green chile. Cut tortillas in fourths or eighths and layer in baking dish the tortillas, meat mixture, cheese and sauce. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10. I top this casserole with grated cheese.
