1 sm. green cabbage (about 1 lb.) 2 med. stalks celery, cut into thin diagonal slices (about 1 cup) 1 med. green pepper, cut into thin diagonal slices (about 1 cup) 1 lg. onion, chopped (about 3/4 c.) 1 tsp. salt, optional 1/8 tsp. pepper Shred cabbage finely. Spray vegetable spray such as Pam in skillet. Add cabbage, celery, green peppers, and onion. Cover and cook over medium heat stirring several times until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serves 4. |
