1 pkg. dry yeast (1 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. warm milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine yeast, water and sugar. When dissolved add warm milk, eggs and salt. Add part of flour and melted butter and mix well. Add rest of flour. Mix until smooth. Cover and put into refrigerator overnight.

To shape. Divide dough into 3rds roll each piece into 12 inch circle. Cut into 12 pie shaped wedges. Roll from outside to center. Place on greased cookie sheet. Allow to stand about 3 hours in a warm place to rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
