HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ground ham
1 lb. pork or hamburger
2 eggs
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minute tapioca
1/4 c. milk

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix ingredients and form loaf. Boil dressing a few minutes. Pour over loaf and bake 2 hours basting occasionally. Dressing should become thick and syrupy. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
