PEPPER-CHICKEN FETTUCINI TOSS 
1 lb. pkg. Creammette Macaroni Fettucini, uncooked
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
3 whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned & cut into strips
2 lg. red pepper, cut in strips
2 lg. yellow peppers, cut in strips
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1 med. onion, cut in chunks
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. any salt free herb seasoning
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare Creamette Fettucini as package directs; drain. In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Add hot cooked fettucini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Serve hot.
