OPEN PEACH PIE | |
Make a 9" pie shell, do not bake. Slice fresh peaches into shell. Mix the following ingredients and pour over peaches: 2 tbsp. flour 1 beaten egg 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla dot the top with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until set in center in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream. |
