PINEAPPLE-JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. Cool Whip
Cheddar cheese
Jack cheese

Mix orange and lemon Jellos with 2 cups boiling water. Place drained pineapple in 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix marshmallows with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Mix Jellos and marshmallows. Pour on top of pineapple. Refrigerate until Jello has set. Top with Cool Whip. Grate both cheeses. Sprinkle on top of Cool Whip.
