TUNA - ALMOND SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Break tuna into large flakes with a fork. Combine tuna, eggs, almonds, celery, and olives. Blend remaining ingredients and add to tuna mixture. Toss lightly. Serve in molded tomato ring or on lettuce.
