TASTY TUNA AND MACARONI 
1 (6 oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chopped tomato

Preparation: Combine tuna, macaroni, celery and onion. Blend together mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Spoon over tuna mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Stir in tomato. Divide mixture into 4 servings; pack into containers with lids. Cover; chill.
