DIETERS MACARONI SALAD 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato
4 oz. tuna
1/8 tsp. mustard
2/3 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 med. cucumber, chopped
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. skim milk

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Great for a sack lunch. Serves one.
