BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and shredded
3 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained
6 or 7 potatoes, peeled, and cut into sm. chunks
2 or 3 cans corn, undrained
2 cans lima beans, undrained
1 c. mushrooms (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Tabasco or to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook for at least several hours. The longer it cooks the better. Shredded beef can be used with the chicken. Spices can be adjusted to your own taste.
