INCREDIBLE SWORDFISH | |
Swordfish or salmon fillets 1 sm. chopped onion 1 garlic clove, quartered 1/4 c. soy or stir fry sauce (like Joyce Chen's) Scant 1/4 c. orange juice (or even less) Juice, rinds, and pulp of a lemon (or equivalent in juice) Juice, rinds, and pulp of a lime (or equivalent in juice) Splash of ketchup Pepper Put fish fillets in non-metal baking dish. Combine the marinade ingredients, pour over fish and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning the fish occasionally. Good on the grill or baked (in the marinade). |
