RAMEN SALAD 
1 head Napa (Chinese) cabbage, chopped
1 bunches green onion
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crunched (discard seasoning packets)
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 jar sesame seeds
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine cabbage and green onion in large bowl and set aside. Saute next 3 ingredients in butter until lightly browned. Set aside. Boil last 4 ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. When ready to serve, combine all together so noodles will remain crunchy.
