RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry Jello

Combine rhubarb and sugar; let stand 1 hour and stir. Cook 12 minutes. Take off stove. Add 1 package wild strawberry Jello. Stir. Makes 3 cups of jam.
