FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough (slice & bake kind)
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit for topping - fresh fruit is best but canned pineapple, peaches, mandarin oranges and maraschino cherries are also good

Slice cookie dough and press together onto a 12 to 14 inch lightly greased pizza pan to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Cream sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and butter. Spread on cool crust. Arrange with desired kinds of fruit and refrigerate.
