ANGEL BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
5 c. self-rising flour

Mix yeast, water and sugar. Add oil, buttermilk and baking soda. Mix well and add flour. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Take out what you need and roll out biscuits. Return the rest to the refrigerator. Keeps 2 weeks or more. You can half the recipe if you wish.
