CABBAGE PEPPER SLAW 
4 c. sliced cabbage
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cubed
1/2 red pepper, cubed
1 slice onion
4 parsley sprigs

Chop vegetables with water in blender. Drain in sieve. Place in large bowl. Blend: 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Combine slaw and dressing and mix well. Chill before serving. 8 to 10 servings.
