GRANDMOTHER'S LEFTOVER PIE CRUST 
1 pkg. ready-made pie crust
Softened butter
Cinnamon and sugar

Unwrap the pie dough. Spread butter on one side of the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Take one corner of pie dough and begin to roll until you have rolled all the dough. Cut diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.

Great to serve with ice cream, jelly, sherbets and coffee. Great for quick and easy dessert.
