CREAM PUFFS 
CREAM PUFFS:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

PUDDING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

CREAM PUFFS: Bring to boil water, butter and flour. Then stir in 1 egg at a time (do not put all 4 eggs in at once or they will not turn out!). Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

PUDDING: Put all ingredients together. Stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Microwave: Put first 4 ingredients together, stirring several times. After cooked until thick add butter and vanilla.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
