CREAM PUFFS 
CREAM PUFFS:

2 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
8 eggs

FILLING:

1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 pt. heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream Puff: In small saucepan, boil water and butter. Stir in flour, stir vigorously over low flame until ball forms, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs (with spoons) one at a time until smooth. Drop dough about 3 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake 35-40 minutes until lightly brown.

Fold ingredients together for filling. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Cut small section from top of puff, add filling and place section back on puff. Enjoy!
