CREAMED TUNA IN TOAST CUPS 
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 12 slices white bread with butter. In a muffin tin with 12 cups, press center of each slice of bread down by holding points of bread between fingers and gently pushing down. Toast until light brown.

In saucepan make a white sauce. Drain water from 1 can white tuna. Add the tuna to the white sauce. Sprinkle a little paprika (and if you like, a tiny dash of garlic) into it. Salt and pepper to taste. After putting creamed tuna in serving dish, sprinkle a little parsley on to garnish it. Serves 6.
