MATH BOOK FUDGE RECIPE 
3/4 c. whole milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
2 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate

Add milk and sugar in saucepan over medium flame. When hot add vanilla and butter and continue stirring. Have a glass of cold water nearby. Butter a shallow cake pan well. When all ingredients are dissolved and solution begins to boil, drop a small drop in a glass of water until forms a tiny ball. Keep stirring. When mixture is ready pour in greased pan. Allow to cool. Cut and eat. Gain weight, feel guilty, go on a diet, break diet, make more fudge.
