1 lb. ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. Italian spices 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. cheese cheddar; optional 1 clove garlic, minced; optional 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. tomato juice 1/2 c. tomato sauce Mix ground beef, egg, seasoning, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic, onion, and bread crumbs. Add a little tomato juice and mix all this up like making meat loaf only shape into balls. Put a little catsup on top of balls and bake in 350 degree oven, about 30 minutes. |
