HASH BROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. OreIda Fr. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated

Defrost potatoes (microwave). Combine all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
