WALNUT BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. water
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Grease a 2-quart oblong baking dish. Cut broccoli spears into 1-inch pieces, spread in dish. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and granules. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Add milk. Boil until thickened. Pour over broccoli. Melt butter in water. Remove from heat, add stuffing and nuts. Sprinkle over broccoli. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through and topping begins to brown.
